There's no reason to use the T2 version of ANY midslot e-war mod except warp disruptors. Target painters aren't special. They should all be looked at.

Amarr ships with laser bonuses only do EM/Therm. Gallente and Caldari ships with hybrid bonuses only do Therm/Kin. Caldari missile ships tend to get bonuses only for Kin. Minmatar is supposed to be the race that doesn't specialize in damage.

You already see total damage done and percent damage by each participant. Multiply the total damage by your %damage and you see how much you did. Yay. The frigate with 0% and a scram was probably the most important.

But the Industrial Core doesn't actually do anything except prevent you from moving and cost 1000 heavy water per cycle. It's the compression blueprints you'd want to make better. So what would a T2 IC change?
